Service Description

Lyndal will guide you through 60 minutes of breath and yoga flow to connect into Spirit and prepare the Mind and Body for a 20 minute Crystal Bowl sound healing journey. We then have a period of deep rest 'Savasana' where we allow the sounds of the bowls to integrate whilst Lyndal applies the healing essences of Reiki and essential oils to each person before slowly re-emerging back into the present moment and closing out the practice.
